  1. A good alternative I have found if your Internet service provider doesn't allow port forwarding is getting a vpn and setting up port forwarding through that. Me and a group of friends were playing a multiplayer game of OpenTTD and, for a reason that we can't seem to understand, the server wouldn't always show up to everyone.
